Please check this section prior to submitting an issue to our support team.
There is a comprehensive cPpanel Control Panel Guide section put together by the provider to guide you through most of the control panel operations and options. Many of your issues can be solved by reading the appropriate topic in this section. These pages can also be found directly in your control panel by clicking the "Click to View" button next to the Documentation in the lower left hand corner.
If you do not find the answer here, please contact technical support by submitting a Help Desk Ticket. As much detail as possible will help us to assist you in defining and correcting the issue. Please understand, we can only address those issues that involve the services we offer (hosting). We cannot assist you in code building or in application issues with programs such as FrontPage, Dreamweaver, scripts, etc.
